Help Rosario Chico and her children by contacting the Tulsa District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler to ask for a dismissal of the criminal “child stealing” charge and/or for the Presiding Judge to vacate the guardianship obtained by the paternal grandmother. Even with a still active protective order protecting Ms. Chico and the children from the children’s father, the children were given to paternal grandmother. The Guardianship is a violation of the protective order cloaked in the form of a “guardianship.”

I am contacting you on behalf of Rosario Chico and I am requesting the dismissal of the child stealing charge against Rosario Chico and vacate the bogus guardianship, return custody to Rosario, and protect the children.
